Since that moment, I always knew I wanted to help people but never knew in what capacity. I started out as an intern at West Valley Community College working with the Sports Medicine team there, learning the basics of functional anatomy, body mechanics and how to help athletes get back to the field of play after suffering an injury.
Since then, I have graduated from San Jose State University with my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and Concordia University of Chicago with my Masters Degree in Sports Performance Training. I have spent the last 8 years working in multiple sectors in the fitness industry. From non profit, corporate, and now the private sector.

John is amazing. His ability to connect with each client he works with, to assess where they are and give them JUST WHAT THEY NEED, is remarkable. I’ve worked with John for over 6 years and I always felt he had my best interest in the forefront.
