I got into coaching after injuring myself

Since that moment, I always knew I wanted to help people but never knew in what capacity. I started out as an intern at West Valley Community College working with the Sports Medicine team there, learning the basics of functional anatomy, body mechanics and how to help athletes get back to the field of play after suffering an injury.
Since then, I have graduated from San Jose State University with my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and Concordia University of Chicago with my Masters Degree in Sports Performance Training. I have spent the last 8 years working in multiple sectors in the fitness industry. From non profit, corporate, and now the private sector.
